Bill has spent years traveling far and wide to locate the sites of photos taken of the various Apache surrenders throughout the 1800’s. His talk will discuss the history of the photos and his adventures while looking for where and when they were taken.
Bill became fascinated with the Apaches while working with the US Forest Service in the Chiricahua Mountains and has written a book focusing on the Chiricahua Apaches and numerous articles for historical publications.
