Among the many ways we support the community is by hosting Breakfasts with History. In this lecture series, knowledgeable speakers provide insight into the varied and interesting history of life in the Santa Cruz River Valley.
In the spring, the society celebrates with an Annual Picnic at a historic site. Also, periodically we sponsor field trips to archaeological and historical sites.

“Visions Of Old Tubac”
We are pleased to announce an important exhibit, Visions of Old Tubac: Photographs from The Tubac Historical Society Collection opened on August 9, 2024, in the Studio Gallery at the Tubac Center of the Arts. The exhibit includes over fifty historic photographs of Tubac that date from the 1890s to the 1970s. The exhibit has been met with praise from visitors.
The Exhibit Committee consisting of volunteers Marcia Mason, Besty Fearnow, Brenda Camou, Grace Alegria, and Steve Gastelum made this exhibit possible.
The Tubac Center Of The Arts graciously made the exhibit space available to us. The exhibit runs through Sunday, October 27, 2024. Be sure to visit!
