Among the many ways we support the community is by hosting Speaking of History. In this lecture series, knowledgeable speakers provide insight into the varied and interesting history of life in the Santa Cruz River Valley.
In the spring, the society celebrates with an Annual Picnic at a historic site. Also, periodically we sponsor field trips to archaeological and historical sites.

Breakfast With History with Speaker Ann Groves

The Tubac Historical Society is delighted to invite you to another Breakfast With History presentation titled, PAINTING BETWEEN PRESCRIPTIONS. The story of Arizona’s artist Hal Empie and his family’s history in the state since 1886 told by daughter Ann Groves. It will take place on Monday, October 24, 2022 at Tubac Golf Resort and Spa from 8:30 am – 10 am in the Geronimo Conference Room.
Tickets are $30 for Members and $35 for Non-Members. Please purchase tickets by October 14, 2022.
