DESCRIPTION:ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE \nDecember 20\, 2024 \nDear THS Supporter: \nWe are pleased to announce that our Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday\, January 16\, 2025\, at 10:00AM at The Tubac Historical Society Brownell Research Center\, 6 Burruel Street\, Tubac. The purpose of the meeting will be to recap the year’s accomplishments and the election of board members. Below you will find a list of candidates for the 2025 Board of Directors \nIf you cannot attend our membership meeting in person\, we ask that you return the “Board Candidate Approval Official Proxy Vote” form included with  this announcement\, or by indicating your approval of the candidates by emailing us at info@ths-tubac.org. Please remember that only members can vote for Board Members. If you have not renewed your membership\, we ask that you do so before January 16\, 2025\, to be eligible to vote. We have included membership information at the end of this letter. \nWe would like to thank you for your membership and continued support. Tubac is a special and unique place. Our history is important and the THS will continue to record and safeguard that history with the help and support of our members.
